Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing
love.

fulfilled.

letter is from Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus, appointed by the command of
God our Savior and Christ Jesus, who gives us hope.

that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the
confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich
and glorious inheritance.

there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious
hope for the future.

will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world.
Acts 23:6 Paul
realized that some members of the high council were Sadducees and some were
Pharisees, so he shouted, “Brothers, I am a Pharisee, as were my ancestors! And
I am on trial because my hope is in the resurrection of the dead!”
1 Peter 1:3 All praise
to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we
have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we
live with great expectation,
4. A Helmet and an Anchor
1 Thessalonians 5:8
But let us who live in the light be clearheaded, protected by the armor of
faith and love, and wearing as our helmet the confidence of our salvation.
Hebrews 6:18-19 So God
has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable
because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for
refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before
us. 19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It
leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.
5. State of Mind It Inspires

blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their
hope and confidence.

desire is that you will keep on loving others as long as life lasts, in order
to make certain that what you hope for will come true.
